These lights have been hugely popular and one of the things people have asked for is for us to ship internationally.
We have outlined some frequently asked questions below. These are important readings so make sure you read them before ordering.
How much does it cost?
Shipping costs will vary depending on where you are and are set by our delivery partners’ delivery fees.
Some domestic and international orders will be sent with other couriers. For example in some cases UK orders will be sent using Evri (Previously Hermes). Delivery charges will stay the same regardless of the courier service used unless stated otherwise.

What service do you use?
We use Royal Mail as our main delivery partner to ship these awesome products. In some cases other delivery partners will be selected depending on the circumstances.
Due to the product value, we use the tracked and signed service, this means we get delivery confirmation and insurance on the item but it likely means you will need to be present and sign for it.
Our delivery partners aim to deliver within 14 working days from dispatch although during the current pandemic these estimates are being missed.
What about other countries?
Currently we are only offering K lights to select countries around the world to manage demand.

Why does USA cost more than CA?
The Royal Mail uses a zones system to determine delivery cost.
The USA is a single zone and fees are higher due to additional fees placed on incoming international postage.
This is set by the Royal Mail, not us.
Do you pay import tax?
We do not cover import tax or any international taxes on our overseas deliveries.
If your country charges tax on overseas deliveries then you, as the customer, will need to cover that cost.
It’s best to check what important charges you may face before ordering.
Items that are returned to us because of import tax not being covered will be refunded minus the cost of delivery and any fees, which aren’t refunded to us.
